It can be challenging replacing eggs in a baked good recipe. If you’re doing a sweet baked good you can use these three quick egg substitutes:

  1. Silken Tofu put in a blender and it whips like egg whites and add a bit of protein.
  2. A banana its great in replace of a egg. Just put a sliced  banana in a blender until its smooth and creamy.
  3. Flax seed take one tablespoon of flaxseed put into a high speed blender . Blend until very fine then  add 1/4 cup of water and whisk it together . Let it sit for 10mins, and it replaces eggs perfectly.

Depending on how many eggs your recipe calls for  a tablespoon would be equivalent  to an egg.
