Most everyone is concerned about Belly Fat here is a four list of foods you must AVOID  if you want to burn off unwanted belly fat .

1. AGAVA  SYRUP : is nothing more than high fructose corn syrup masquerading as a nutritional packed health food.

2. CANOLA OIL:  is actually Rape Seed Oil ( derived from the Rape seed Plant) But renamed for obvious reasons. In its natural state its greenish in color and has a high concentration of uric acid which studies show may cause heart damage. The processing and refining of Canola Oil leads to the creation of unhealthy Trans Fats. Trans Fats are metabolically damaging in multiple ways. Increasing the risk for heart disease , depression, weight gain and embarrassing belly fat.

3. WHEAT:  You can’t pluck a stalk of wheat and start munching on it, It doesn’t work that way. Wheat has to be processed once eaten your digestive enzymes go into metabolic mayhem converting all that starch into PURE SUGAR!  This spikes your fat hormone Insulin and tells your body to start reserving fat and packing on the pounds.

4. CORN : Corn is high glycemic. Corn products and Corn additives is one of the primary causes of obesity in America 85% of US Cornis genetically engineered GMO. Corn  grown in this country is  mostly used to feed cattle and live stock. It has found its way into virtually everything we consume thats processed. High Fructose Corn Syrup is one of the primary ingredients in all sorts of processed foods like cakes, cookies, soda and even the so called Bran Muffin.
