Angella Cole is a self taught Pastry Chef, Fitness Trainer, and Nutritional Consultant. She is a former Program Director of a major weight-loss center that specializes in helping men and women lose weight and keep it off through exercise, diet and the use of portion control; which included meals that offered Organic, Gluten-Free, and Vegan options.
She has also worked as a Private Chef for a number of A list Hollywood celebrities and worked as a Pastry Chef for FOX executive plaza in Century City California.
Angella developed a passion for baking to help a friend whose son was battling a rare kidney disorder called nephrotic syndrome. This disease causes the filtering mechanism of the kidney
to shut down. Angella created a plan to mitigate the side effects of the medication by eliminating wheat, gluten, dairy, and simple sugars from his eating Lifestyle. She continued to develop baked goods that not only taste delicious, but also served as a great alternative for those seeking healthier dessert choices.
Angella's goal is to provide healthy products that do not compromise taste, texture, and variety. Bolstered with this knowledge, Angella desired to share her gift of baking with people nationwide.
I'm passionate about baking. I've always had a SWEET TOOTH as a young girl. I want to feel good about the desserts I eat and put in my body which is why I bake with LOVE. My philosophy centers on flavors as the key to making my decadent desserts as tasty as possible. Just because it's clean eating doesn’t mean It has to be boring. That philosophy has become the foundation of my delicious Traditional, Gluten-Free, and Vegan line of desserts.
We bake our delicious desserts SUGAR FREE as well using all natural plant based Monkfruit sugar free sweetener. Sugar free items are available upon special request.

She uses top-quality ingredients which contributes to a rich and moist texture. It is the basis of the “Bakery Happiness”. Her gluten-free products are a blend of Sweet Brown rice flour, White rice flour, Tapioca flour, and organic evaporated cane juice. In her Traditional and Vegan products, she uses Organic Unbleached flour and the best non-dairy milk on the market.
